1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.elevateat40.com and to any digital guide you buy from ElevateAt40, run by Pankaj Saharawat. By using the site or buying a guide, you agree to them.
2. The products
Built After 40 and Strong After 40 are separate digital ebooks supplied as PDF files. No printed book is shipped. Each guide is bought separately; buying one does not include the other.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Payment and delivery are processed by our checkout partner, SuperProfile, under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not collect or store your card or payment details.
4. Delivery
After successful payment you receive access to your PDF through the checkout partner’s confirmation email or download link. If it does not arrive, write to customercare@elevateat40.com with the product name and the email used at checkout.
5. Licence and copyright
Each ebook is licensed for the personal use of the original purchaser. All content is © 2026 Pankaj Saharawat. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute or publish any part of a guide without written permission, except brief quotations in reviews.
6. Refunds
Because the guides are digital copies, we do not offer refunds once a guide has been delivered or downloaded. If your guide was not delivered, we will send you the digital copy. See our Refund Policy.
7. Health information
The guides are educational and are not medical advice. Please read our Disclaimer before starting any training or nutrition plan.
8. Limitation of liability
The guides guarantee no specific outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the author and publisher accept no liability for any loss or injury arising from use of the material.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
